TERMS OF SERVICE


We would like you to have some background knowledge on auto glass tinting. Although we use one of the best material films on the market, and do quality workmanship, there are some factors to deal with:


DUST SPLICING DOT MATRIX

Dust is all around us and is next to impossible to keep out of the air. This also makes it impossible to keep out of the film. We however take every precaution to do so: we are not responsible for any dust that may show up.


Defroster Lines

When removing tint from your rear windshield we will do everything in our power to save your defroster lines. We do this by using professional grade steamers to soften the glue and keep your defroster lines intact. There is still a risk even when using steamers your defroster lines will be damaged and we will not be responsible.


Large glass, such as rear windows, might need to be spliced. This means the film must be cut to accommodate the curvature of the glass. This splice can sometimes be seen. It's a lot nicer when the back glass has defogger lines so the film can be spliced on the lines, making it less visible. If at all possible we will install the film in one piece.


Dot Matrix are small dots the factory puts around the edge of some windows and along the back glass as a visual cosmetic border. These dots are basically bumps on the glass that may cause the film to stick on the dots instead of the window. This will not cause the film to peel, but will seem silver in appearance. This is normal and will not disappear. Once the film dries, it's sometimes possible to press them down to some degree.



Paint Protection:

Please Note: Our paint protection film is installed with water and mild soap, therefore you

can expect to see water (which may look like bubbles) under the film for the first 3-5 days.

After the dry period the water will disappear. You can expect that a supplementary touch up

appointment after your paint protection installation will be necessary. In some cases this is

not needed, but in most cases you can also anticipate that certain edges of your film may

start to come up after they dry out. This is not something to be concerned with and is

completely normal, please avoid touching the edge of the film or trying to push it down. Our

installers take great care in drying out the edges of the film as much as possible while your

vehicle is our possession, but nothing substitutes the curing that continues to happen with

the natural sun. Our team will set up a supplemental appointment for the edges to be gone

over approximately 1 week after your install is complete.


Paint Protection - Release of Liability: By signing below I acknowledge that there is a risk of

damage to my vehicle that may occur as a result of installing paint protection or removing

film from my vehicle, and I release EilteAuto Designs LLC of liability for any damages. I also

understand that damage can occur as a result of normal installation processes, removal

procedures, or from any other unforeseeable factors. I have had the opportunity to ask any

questions prior to my installation and fully release EilteAuto Designs LLC of any damages to

my property. Some damages that are rare but can occur are damages to: paint, badges,

and clips. Please note this is not a conclusive list.


Tinting

Tinting - Release of Liability: By signing below I acknowledge that there is a risk of damage

to my vehicle that may occur as a result of tinting or removing film on my windows, and I

release Eilte Auto Designs LLC of liability for any damages. I also understand that damage

can occur as a result of normal installation processes, removal procedures, or from any

other unforeseeable factors. I have had the opportunity to ask any questions prior to my

installation and fully release Eilte Auto Designs LLC of any damages to my property. Some

damages that are rare but can occur are damages to: electrical/electronics, interior

headliners, interior cloth or leather, clips, door panels, rubber gaskets and sils, glass

(cracks, scratches, breakage), and paint. Please note this is not a conclusive list.


Vinyl/Decal Projects

Vinyl /Decal Projects - Release of Liability: By signing below I acknowledge that there is a

risk of damage to my vehicle that may occur as a result of installing vinyl or removing vinyl

from my vehicle, and I release Eilte Auto Designs LLC of liability for any damages. I also

understand that damage can occur as a result of normal installation processes, removal

procedures, or from any other unforeseeable factors. I have had the opportunity to ask any

questions prior to my installation and fully release Eilte Auto Designs LLC of any damages to

my property. Some damages that are rare but can occur are damages to: electronics,

calibration of vehicle, batteries, paint, badges, and clips. Please note this is not a conclusive

list.





General

By Signing this I acknowledge, understand and accept all selections chosen above, EilteAuto Designs LLC workmanship standards and EilteAuto Designs LLC’s storage/payment terms. A 4% fee on all credit/debit transactions. There is no fee for payments made by cash. Unless otherwise arranged, projects that are not picked up within 48 hours may incur a storage fee. I also acknowledge that no paint protection, vinyl installation or tint job is perfect. Our team takes great care during installations to ensure that we give you a job we are proud of. Our installers will redo any pieces that are not to our shop's standards. Just like any trade service our trade is an art and you can anticipate some contamination/ imperfections in any job.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!!!!!

We do accept ATM, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. We will not warranty any film that has been rubbed, scratched, hit, ECT by rings, jewelry, or any hard objects of any Maryland vehicle code 26708-A



Please remove all personal items from the car/truck prior to service. Pricing isn't final until the service technician reviews the vehicle being serviced. Additional fees may apply. By booking your appointment online/in-person you agree that your name matches the name on your credit/debit card and you authorize Elite Auto Designs LLC to charge your form of payment for services and or cancellation fee's. There is a $30 Fee for each 30 mins it takes for us to remove items so we may service your vehicle. We are not responsible for any lost items.


Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours from appointment time may be charged a $60 cancellation fee. In the event that our service technician arrives at your location and your appointment is marked as a no show you may be charged a 100% cancellation fee . Trying to reschedule just to beat these terms will result in still being charged $60 up to 100% cancellation fee Although we love and appreciate our customers, in order to ensure highest quality and excellent craftsmanship, our technicians require an atmosphere with minimal disturbances .


There is a $25 dollar fee after 3 disturbances and $60 after 5 disturbances from customers while working. Apartment/Condo customers requesting service must have an authorization form from the management office prior to service. Customers requesting service without authorization will be charged $60 up to 100% cancellation fee if we are asked to stop service from the management office. Each and every vehicle that is serviced comes with a worry free 7 day detail guarantee if there are any issues we will come back to correct the issue at no charge.


Vehicles that are excessively dirty are subject to a higher service charge. In the event that a customer is financing the service that is being done, the customer acknowledges that there are no refunds and financing cannot be canceled once approved and accepted. Elite Auto Designs LLC may offer recommendations that may be required to fully complete service requested. It is the customer's sole responsibility to choose the package that best fits their budget and expectations. There are certain services that have mandatory services that are required to complete service.


If a customer rejects Elite Auto Designs LLC service recommendations then the customer does not hold Elite Auto Designs LLC and its employees liable against any claims and or actions. By signing below and booking your appointment the customer agrees and accepts these terms of service. There are no refunds on services or products.
